THE TRUBEZH RIVER. FISHERMEN RETURN

Some features of picture appear in this work - both in composition (it is tonal instead of object) and subject. But what did I mean by depicting fishermen turned back to the dawn and a slightly visible figure on the horizon (a rider bringing something like rainbow in his spread arms - the canonical Archangel Michael?) - now I do not remember. Perhaps there was some naive opposition of "spiritual" and mundane?
